At Trade Solutions, we take pride in delivering high-quality, reliable services. If you're not satisfied with our experience, we want to make it right. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued. 

Service Satisfaction Guarantee

We aim to exceed expectations. If you believe a service was not completed as agreed, please contact us within 3 days of the service date. We'll review your concern and offer a resolution, which may include:

  • A partial refund

  • A re-service at no additional cost

  • A credit toward future services

Eligibility of Refunds

Refunds may be issued under the following conditions:

  • The service was not performed as described or scheduled

  • There was a billing error or duplicate charge

  • You cancel a service with at least 24 hours' notice

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Services completed to agreed standards

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time

  • Situations outside our control (weather delays, access issues, etc.)
